Warranty

Every Driftura eye massager is covered by a limited one year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the build of our product. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, we will make it right.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:
- Failure of internal components such as the battery, heating element, or airbag system under normal use
- Faulty buttons, ports, or controls that stop working without external damage
- Bluetooth or speaker malfunction not caused by user damage
- Defects present at the time of delivery
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, including fading of the inner padding or cosmetic scratches
- Damage caused by accident, drop, impact, or misuse
- Damage caused by exposure to water, moisture, humidity, or extreme temperatures
- Damage caused by use of non-approved USB-C cables or chargers
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification, or disassembly of the device
- Loss or damage to accessories such as the travel pouch or charging cable
- Devices purchased from any seller other than driftura.com
- Any claim made more than 12 months after the date of delivery
How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your Driftura has a manufacturer defect, email support@driftura.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The date you received the product
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
We will respond within two business days. If your claim is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective unit. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Return shipping for warranty claims
For approved warranty claims within the first 30 days of delivery, Driftura covers the cost of return shipping. For approved warranty claims after the 30 day mark but within the 12 month warranty period, the customer is responsible for return shipping to us, and Driftura covers the cost of shipping the replacement back.
Replacement units
Replacement units carry the remainder of the original 12 month warranty period from the date of the original delivery. Replacement units do not start a new 12 month warranty.
Limitation
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Driftura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This warranty does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
